Function - Loan Origination (Base Module)
The detailed function and features of the Loan
Origination (Base Module) of our loan software is as follows:
My activities : -
- All tasks that has been assigned
to the user will appear under this function
- Task and loan applicants are
grouped into region, branch and activity.
Create New Application : -
When a new application is created,
the system will automatically create the following folders for
update by system users:
- Applicant Information
- Applicant Details
- Spouse/Joint Applicant
- Monthly Income
statement/ Expenses
- Loan Details
- Enclosures/Supported
Documents
All information and documents
generated during the course of the loan application will be stored
in the folders above.
Loan Search : -
Users can search for a loan within the system by looking
under the predefined grouping. This will enable a user to locate a
loan easily and efficiently.
Loans can be searched according to Region,
Activity Status, Participant, Approval Date, Facility Date and Completed.
