Two main modules of the eLoan System:

• Loan Origination - Base Module




This module contains the core functions of the eLoan System. It starts with the creation of new loan applications and ends with the automated generation of the Letter of Offer for signing by clients. During the course of processing a loan application, multiple approval levels are involved. For efficient routing and management of this process, our eLoan system leverages on the capabilities of the Lotus Domino Workflow engine. This engine enables all loan processing activities to be tracked and monitored.



It supports the Application, Evaluation, Decision, Acceptance and Appeal phases of the origination process.

• Loan Documentation and Disbursement - Add-on Module

The add-on module focus on monitoring and tracking the status of the various documentation that is being routed between the solicitor and bank. This module takes over where the Base Module left off. Basically this Loan Documentation and Disbursement Module encompasses process of signing of the Letter of Offer by the client to the actual disbursement of the loan to the developer or seller. This module also leverages on the capabilities of the Lotus Domino Workflow engine to track all related activities.

For both modules, many supporting and system generated documents and letters are involved. It can be a very tedious and cumbersome to keep track of every single document manually. For this reason, we have incorporated Lotus Domino. Doc document management system into our eLoan software. This enables the bank to effectively monitor and track every document for each and every loan process. The Lotus Domino. Doc document management system is integrated with the Lotus Domino Workflow engine to enable users to access to documents stored in the system quickly, easily and seamlessly.
