FV-CPS will help the organization to manage the process of cheques printing in a faster and efficient manner. It can either runs in stand alone or client server environment.

Two major sections covered are : -

• Printing Module

Security Module

Cheques Printing System include security features to prevent unauthorized users. The security is enforced through a security SIGNON feature. Screens accessed are based on the user's type.

• Logon Screen

• User ID Maintenance

• User's Access Level Setting

Printing Module

The printing section in Cheques Printing System covers the following operations :-

• Update Data File
  Convert downloaded files into CPS's database files

• Start Printing
  Print cheque for the first time

• Re-print
  Re-print the selected cheque

• Report
  Produce a listing of cheque's printed by CPS.

• Delete Batch Files
  Delete the downloaded file
