FV-HiP System will help the organization
to manage and track hirer/customer's particulars, hire purchase's
agreements, guarantors and equipments transactions efficiently. It
consists of four main modules, mainly - Maintenance module, Inquiry
module, Ad-Hoc Maintenance module, and Report Printing module.
The FV-HiP System also provides high
level of security feature in which :-

Roles, responsibilities and user
access level can be defined in the system.

Only personnel with authorized
access can view or edit particular information.

Modules accessed are based on the
user's type or the user's job boundary.
Maintenance Module
This module contains the core
functions of the Hire Purchase System. It allows the users to
perform functions such as "ADD", "UPDATE", and "DELETE".
Inquiry Module
This module allows you to
perform inquiry to view details of the required record.
Ad-Hoc Maintenance Module
This module contains functions
that enable you to perform ad-hoc maintenance such as early
settlement and stolen vehicle incidents.
Reporting Module
This module will generates
management and transactions reports that can be viewed via
computer's screen or printed out as hardcopies.
