Key Project Manager For a Leading Bank
In mid- 1998, we
were engaged by a leading bank to manage and oversee
their whole banking systems.
Within the same year in December we
successfully completed in getting all the internal systems
and external linkages Y2K ready for certification. The
Bank’s systems were fully Y2K compliant by February, 1999 after going through vigorous
testing conducted both internally and externally.
We were further contracted for another three
more months to train and guide the users in developing a
Business Contingency and Continuity Plan covering the whole
banking operations at branch and head office levels. By the
third month all the key business areas contingency and
continuity plan were fully documented, put into placed and
fully tested. These models were technologically transferred
to the bank’s staff to enable them to take over as business
contingency and continuity plan is a on-going process.
